1、 設備用途Application

       本機組以連續澆鑄，連續軋制連續收卷連續沖壓的工藝方法生產鉛合金陽極板。

This production line produces lead alloy anode plate by the process of continuous casting & rolling, coiling and punching press.

 2 、設備組成Composition

本生產線由熔鉛爐+合金熔煉裝置、保溫爐+過濾箱、兩輥連鑄機、牽引裝置、前剪切機、連軋機機組及潤滑系統、后剪切機、雙盤自動收卷機、電氣控制系統組成。

The production line is composed of lead melting furnace + alloy melting device, holding furnace + filter box, two-roll continuous casting machine, traction device, front shearer, continuous rolling mill unit and lubricating system, rear shearer, double-coil automatic coiler and electrical control system.
